What age groups are StoryTime Together designed for?
Our stories are designed for children ages 3-12, with reading levels from Pre-K through 6th grade. Each story is automatically adapted to match your child's reading level.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings > Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Are my child's stories and data safe?
Yes! We use enterprise-grade security to protect all data. Stories are private to your family, and we never share personal information with third parties.
Can I change my child's reading level?
Absolutely! You can update your child's reading level anytime in Profile & Settings. New stories will be generated at the updated level.
Why isn't my story generating?
Story generation typically takes 30-60 seconds. If it's taking longer, try refreshing the page or check your internet connection. Contact support if the issue persists.
